About
This blog is pretty much run in the reply-to-public manner suggested by Matt Might If you have any feedback, questions or inquiries, send me an email, it is my last name at uni-muenster.de.
As you can tell from the landing page, I do complex cloud stuff.
I am passionate about lifting heavy weights in all forms and shapes, but especially barbells, so there is quite a lot on lifting on my blog. In partciular I have the best library of repranges which actually work (or don’t and then I tell you why they do not).
